Poema Cava

Vibrant aromas of ripe peaches, pears and toasted bread with a hint of spice fill the nose. The palate is dry with a rich, creamy texture. Layers of flavor include orange rind and spice that persists through an elegant finish.

About Poema

Poema brings forth the most popular of the Cava selections, Brut and Extra-Dry, each made from a traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada grapes grown in the Penedes valley.

Poema Cava is sourced from 152 hectares of vineyards located between the high, central and low regions of the Penedes valley in the Catalan province of Barcelona with each region best suited for specific varieties.
