Domaine Chandon Etoile Brut

Winemaker Notes

étoile Brut has a bubbly personality and elegance to boot. With an elegant aperitif style, refined texture, and superior layers of depth from a unique blend of reserve wines, it’s a refreshing take on the classic sparkling wine.

étoile Brut has a love for delicate, sweet, and aromatic flavors. An attractive bouquet of ginger and spice. Apple, cinnamon, and nutty caramel flavors but it is also has a balanced acidity that lasts through the lingering finish.

Pairs especially well with oysters or seared scallops with lemon beurre blanc.
