The soil of the plots dedicated to breeding is varied, with calcareous soil predominating.
The vines were planted by hand by grafting them with buds from a selection of vines chosen by the Pomar family, giving priority to clones with limited production but outstanding quality. The vineyard is worked with the criteria of maximum respect for nature, following the guidelines of organic viticulture. Biodiversity is evident, and a wide range of fauna and flora species coexist in our plots and surroundings. The production takes place in our winery with strict temperature regulation, achieving the typical aromas of our wines.
The aging takes place in barrels from highly prestigious French cooperages for 14 months. At the end of aging, we proceed to “Assemblage”: the wines are mixed with the help of our winemaker to obtain our final product, complex and fresh on the nose, and round and intense on the palate.
