Tasting Notes

Color -Clear, bright, light yellow.

Aroma - Fruity, of peach, citrus, fresh and intense.

Taste - Harmoniously dry, full and persistent.

VINIFICATION PROCESS - Soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation in stain less steel tanks at controlled temperature.

MATURATION PROCESS - On the lees in stainless steel tanks

BOTTLING - Beginning of the year after harvest.

Food Pairing - Excellent aperitif It’s great with shellfish, seafood salads, pasta, rice, lobsters, crabs cakes, fried calamari.
