Tasting Notes

Sourced from the estates holdings in Alto Piemonte, Vallana Barbera is aged in concrete casks that yields wines that are fresh in acidity with savory mineral notes. Always very light on its feet, Vallana Barbera is sure to pair perfectly with lighter meat dishes and pizza!
