Tasting Notes
A smoky, straw and dried-herb bouquet, with hints of bayleaf. It’s full-bodied and very firm, the tannins gritty and sinewy. it’s built on savoury flavours and aromas—not fruitiness per se—and masses of firm tannins. It’s a little tight right now and will reward even a few years in the cellar.
