Winemaker Notes

A pale gold color with green reflections. Aromas of white flowers and exotic fruits. The mouth is fine and elegant, with white-fruit acidity and a lingering full finish.

Food Pairing – Excellent with cheese, especially creamy brie, fresh goat cheese, and nutty alpine cheeses. Pairs well with roasted poultry, pork, seafood, and mixed salads served with vinaigrette dressing.
