Taste – Harmoniously dry, full and persistent.
VINIFICATION PROCESS – Soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation in stain less steel tanks at controlled temperature.
MATURATION PROCESS – On the lees in stainless steel tanks
BOTTLING – Beginning of the year after harvest.
Food Pairing – Excellent aperitif It’s great with shellfish, seafood salads, pasta, rice, lobsters, crabs cakes, fried calamari.
