Winemaker Notes

Grown on deep, gravelly soil, this Cabernet-Sauvignon has gentle acidity and fine-grained tannins. The extreme diurnal temperature fluctuations and the virtual absence of rain during the growing season guarantee freshness of fruit, without excessive herbal or eucalyptus notes.

The wine is aged around 8 months in used oak barrels the help the wine develop itself, enhancing but not overpowering its varietal character.
