Tasting Notes
Aromatics of deep, regal, dark fruits, with hints of baking and savory spices, leap out of the glass. The palate promises rich, dense blackberry, Olallieberry, cardamom, tobacco, chocolate cocoa nibs, and a lip-smacking finish.
The 2023 Method Cabernet Sauvignon is an outstanding wine that does not disappoint. It boasts opulent aromas of blackberry, cassis, dried thyme, and notes of Tahitian vanilla, which tremble into rich, mouth-watering flavors of dark plum, clove, and silky tannins. The palate is muscular and plush, with a deep core of fruit wrapped in notes of cacao and tobacco leaf. It has a long, creamy, and velvety finish that is sure to leave a lasting impression.
Food Pairings – grilled bone-in rib-eye with rosemary herb butter, and creamer potatoes. Its plush texture and dark fruit core also make it a superb accompaniment to a variety of flavorful aged cheeses and robust grilled dishes.

About Method Winery
Method is an innovative négociant project born from the combined passion and expertise of Master Sommelier Ian Cauble (featured in the documentary “Somm”) and vintner Trevor Sheehan of Precision Wine Company. This dynamic team’s mission is to create wines that offer quality far exceeding their price point. Using their extensive connections as leading wine industry professionals, they meticulously source small lots of fruit from some of the most iconic and highly regarded vineyards across California, including Napa Valley, Sonoma, Lake County, and Mendocino. This philosophy of using the “crème de la crème of fruit” from top organic vineyards is at the heart of their approach.
