The 2021 Blackboard Cabernet Sauvignon appears dark cherry colored in the glass with savory aromatics of leather, white pepper, hoisin, soy sauce and dry tea leaves mingling with chocolate, berry preserve and cherries. The palate is well balanced with nice, well integrated acidity. Mouth coating tannins and a pleasant sweetness linger on the long finish.
