Tasting Notes
Vibrant, youthful and brambly nose that is very fruit-expressive, with lots of red cherries, pomegranate, potpourri and hints of oyster-shell minerality and coffee that extend to a crunchy, medium-bodied palate, framed by juicy, fresh tannins. Bright, silky and unassumingly approachable now.
Blend: 40% Garnacha, 30% Samso, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah

About Palacios
An ancient, spiritual and fascinating landscape.
A small universe of supernatural force.
El Priorat, the mineral essence of a unique Mediterranean.
In 1989 we arrived in this small region of crowded villages and centuries-old vineyards hanging from impossible slopes of slate.
The Escaladei Charterhouse developed the Priorat vineyard since the 12th century. Their presence forged a deep identity, preserved by the hard work of ancestral viticulture.
The steep soils of brittle slate, known as llicorella, are subjected to an extremely dry climate, illuminated by the mirror of the sea.
