Color is intense ruby red. The nose offers great aromatic richness with fruity notes of cherry and blackberry. Spicy tones of cinnamon and pepper. Mouth-filling on the palate, soft and creamy, with a persistent, intense finish. Dense, meaty tannins.
Food Pairings – rich dishes, mature cheeses and strong-flavored meats.
Blend: 80% Corvina Veronese, 20% Rondinella
