Winemaker Notes
Persistent mousse, with fine bubbles rising slowly. Pale salmon pink in color, with a shade of gold. A nose of red fruits and fresh pear. Delicate fruit on the palate, elegant, and showing great finesse.

About Billecart
Nicolas François Billecart marries Elisabeth Salmon. From their union, they decide to found the Maison Billecart-Salmon in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, the family cradle. From then on, Nicolas François joined forces with Louis Salmon, his wife’s brother. He takes care of the commercial activity while his brother-in-law, passionate about oenology, devotes himself to the production of wines. In 2018 we celebrated 200 years of independence and know-how for 7 generations.
The cuvée ‘200’ specially blended for the bicentenary is offered in a limited edition: only 1,818 numbered magnums available worldwide.
