The first sensations in the palate reveal a subtle and rich aromatic array, with a refined and silky ‘lemon-sorbet’ texture. A dry white wine with flowery fruits flavors on the palate, pleasantly combines smoothness and freshness. 

Maison Belles Côtes’ vines are located around Buée, one of the most venerated vineyard in Sancerre. 

Our Sancerre is produced from vines with an average age of 30 years, mainly planted on a Limestone soil locally called “les Caillottes”. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, aging on fine lees, no use of oak. A dry white wine with flowery fruits flavors on the palate, pleasantly combines smoothness and freshness.

This Sauvignon blanc is produced from vines with an average age of 30 years old and are trellised in a simple Guyot system with up to 50% situated on steep slopes.

Food Pairing – Meat examples: Roast Chicken, Grilled Trout, Salmon, Bass, Roast Turkey, Salt and Pepper Tofu, Pork Chop.

Example of Cheeses: Crottin de Chavignol, Morbier, Brie, Camembert, Gruyere, Swiss, Goat Cheese, Feta, Farmer’s Cheese, Cream Cheese, Monterey Jack.

Vegetable such as Zucchini, Arugula, Greens, Avocado, Summer Squash, Garlic Ramps, Asparagus, Cauliflower, Cucumber & Bell Pepper.
