TASTING NOTES

In appearance, it’s a pale lime to straw color. Notes of kaffir lime, passionfruit pulp and lemon zest dominate the nose. The palate features concentrated citrus and tropical fruits with a salivating acidity.

HARVEST NOTE – The 2020 vintage is expected to be one of the all time greatest in New Zealand. The season started out damp and warm until Christmas. It then transitioned to warm and dry throughout the ripening period resulting in grapes with perfect sugar-acid, balance and great concentration. Overall, Marlborough enjoyed perfect natural balance in the vineyard which lead to modest alcohol and bright acidity.

FOOD PAIRING – Pair with ceviche, fresh oysters and wild rice salad.
