TASTING NOTES

Pale gold in color. Aromatic, with scents of apricot, green apple and white peach. Fresh fruit flavors perfectly balanced by a racy acidity and a fine, mineral character. Enjoy on its own or with a range of light and delicious appetizers, white meat, BBQ, seafood dishes, perfect with Asian cuisine and all styles of spicy food.

TERROIR & VINTAGE NOTES

A selection of grapes from some of the top vineyard sites in Germany’s Mosel region, grown only on steep hills.

WINEMAKING
Grapes are hand harvested in mid-October and undergo a gentle crush. The juice is fermented with cultured yeasts for several weeks in stainless steel tanks. It was bottled the following March under Stelvin closure to preserve its fresh, youthful character.

Under Raimund’s leadership the property has earned a reputation as one of the most successful wineries in Germany’s celebrated Mosel wine region. Today his daughter Saskia A.
