Produced from old vines with low yields, selected, after years of research from vineyards located in four different districts, chosen for their particular soils and mesoclimates, which constitute the “quatro pagos” or “four estates” whose grapes go to produce this wine. Quatro Pagos is an elegant, complex, well-structured wine of great note, with 15-18 months aging in new, French oak barrels.

Dominum breaks the concept of estate wines. The vineyards are located in four different areas in La Rioja. Every area contributes something different to create a line of fruity, elegant, complex and harmonic wines. Maetierra Dominum produces only High Expression wines, all of them with a very demanding selection of grapes and an aging in new French oak barrels. Their range of wines responds to a common philosophy, the “Quatro Pagos” philosophy, with which they seek to completely break the concept of “terroir” wine and go further.
