Tasting Notes

Aromatics suggest tobacco, bold black fruit and notes of graphite. On the palate, red, blue and black fruits are balanced by hints of currant, vanilla and mocha. The young tannins will evolve over time and help expand the long finish.

About Sabotage Winery

Sabotage is a small-production wine project from second generation vintner Sean Roney, who stepped away from a law career to return to his family’s winemaking roots. He selected his inaugural vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley, sourced from elite valley and hillside vineyards in St. Helena, Atlas Peak and Diamond Mountain. The motto of Sabotage Wines is Res Ipsa Loquitor, a legal term meaning “The Thing Speaks for Itself”.
