A deep, clean, brilliant black-cherry colour. The nose is intensely aromatic with ripe fruit aromas coming through against a backdrop of subtle oak barrel notes. Good volume on the palate. Velvety and well-balanced.
100% Tempranillo, aged twelve months in French oak barrels.

Founded in 2001, Bodegas LLeiroso is located in Valbuena de Duero, in the middle of Ribera del Duero’s “Golden Mile”, just a few metres from the river that nourishes our vineyards and close to the Santa María de Valbuena monastery, an impressive 12th century building, which houses a spa and The Ages of Man Foundation.
