Tasting Notes
Alluring aromas of cassis are graced by exotic blackberry at its juicy core, followed by a silky, mouth-coating texture, with a fleshy black cherry finale.
Vinification: The grapes were destemmed and cold-soaked, fermented between 14-19 days before pressing to barrel. The wine was then aged 18 Months in 100% French oak, 10% New, 30% second fill, 30% third fill, and 30% neutral.
